  Here is a list of errors which you may encounter while running Redline Racer.  To see a description and possible solution to the problem just click on it.

 

No browser or internet connection found or incorrectly configured

The redline help and web connection service need to use a web browser.  This error will be produced if it cannot find one.  To correct this please try installing a browser such as Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.  When connecting to the Web Site you will also need an internet connection set up.  You may need to have some access software running before trying to connect.

Could not create network game

This may mean that you do not have the required network protocol installed or that you are trying to create a game that already exists. See the 'Network Troubleshooting' section for more info.

Could not join network game

This is cause if you try and join a game that is already racing or if you do not have the correct protocol installed.See the 'Network Troubleshooting' section for more info.

Could not connect to network service providers

This error will be given if redline cannot connect to a network, check your windows settings and protocols.See the 'Network Troubleshooting' section for more info.
